历史沿革[edit]

据说最先在此居住的是甘姓人家，所以叫甘田。该村1961年因体制下放设甘田大队，后来改乡（1984年3月）、改管理区（1987年3月），1999年设立村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年10月，入选「2019年广东省卫生村」名录；2026年3月，被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
