敬梓镇在广东省河源市紫金县东南部，东面是五华县华阳镇，南面是水墩镇，西面靠中坝镇，北面与五华县长布镇交界。镇政府设在敬梓圩，辖1个社区、13个行政村；省道S120线从镇内经过，琴江河也流经境内。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
敬梓原属中坝公社。本镇的前身是1961年4月（另有记作1962年）自中坝分出的敬梓公社。公社于1983年9月改为区，次年起又改称乡（时间记为1986年冬或1987年4月），到1993年10月才定为镇。[2]
镇名的来由，据博雅地名网所载：这里地势狭长，最初叫“径子”，后来按谐音写成敬梓。[2]
地理环境[edit]
镇域总面积约110平方千米，其中耕地14020亩，山地13.02万亩；往西33公里到紫金县城，距河源市区约100公里。气候属亚热带季风气候。[1]
人口民族[edit]
截至2018年底，全镇登记户籍人口35750人[1]；按第七次全国人口普查结果，人口数量约1.83万人，在紫金县各镇中排第8位[2]。
经济[edit]
2014年的统计中，全镇生产总值为3.43亿元，增幅13%，其中工业1.7亿元、农业1.32亿元、第三产业0.41亿元；当年税收342万元，农民人均纯收入6925元。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
中联村有黄海龙将军祠，始建于南宋淳祐四年（1244年），2011年列为河源市文物保护单位。[3]维基百科则记它为紫金县级文物保护单位，公布于1999年1月。[4]博雅地名网还提到，镇内有敬梓村温泉（水温62摄氏度，日喷水约200立方米）、新寨宋屋一处据称属清代诗人宋湘的祖坟，以及峨山顶的新石器时代村落遗址；中联圩附近还开发有山谷围景区。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年1月，河源市文明委授予“2020年度河源市文明镇”；2024年3月，被命名为“2023年广东省卫生乡镇”。[2]
