下黄塘村是紫金县黄塘镇的行政村，因地处黄塘河下游得名。[1] 村里产茶，并有游泳训练基地的建设计划。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

下黄塘大队在1958年隶黄塘公社，这一建制保持到1982年；次年大队改称乡，1987年起设村委会，1989年再称管理区，1999年撤销管理区、改设行政村，设立下黄塘村委会，此后名称未变。[1]

荣誉与产业[edit]

下黄塘村2019年10月进入「2019年广东省卫生村」名录。[1] 镇政府2021年初的通报说，下黄塘茶叶是2020年度「一村一品、一镇一业」项目，当时在专家评审阶段；下黄塘游泳训练基地也已完成设计、立项审批和征地。[2]
