上黄塘村是紫金县黄塘镇的行政村，因村委会设在黄塘河上游而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

上黄塘大队在1958年隶黄塘公社，这一建制保持到1982年；次年大队改称乡，1987年起设村委会，1989年再称管理区，1999年撤销管理区、改设行政村，设立上黄塘村委会，此后名称未变。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，上黄塘村名列「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
