利民村是紫金县柏埔镇辖下的行政村，柏埔圩镇的居民区原先归它管辖。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时在宽得都柏埔社、柏兴约内，1929年起由柏平乡管辖，1952年入第十区，1958年划给复利大队。[1][2] 1961年自复利分设利民大队，取益国利民之意。[1][3] 1983年为利民乡；1986年设村委会时，仓下、圩头、坪围被划出去成立居委会；管理区时期自1989年至1998年，其后复为村委会。[1][2]

经济与荣誉[edit]

利民村2019年9月进入2018年度省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建名单；河源市文明委在2021年1月评出2020年度市文明村，该村在内。[1] 温氏集团的养鸡企业2020年在该村落户。[4]
