东升路社区属河源市东埔街道，地处东升路，取“东升”二字为名。1995年经源城区人民政府批准设立，沿用至今。[1]

地理与人口[edit]

辖区约0.656平方千米，临新丰江，东起下沥桥，西到河源大道，北到文明路口。[1] 总人口9587人，其中户籍4772人，常住约8576人，另有流动人口约1000人。[1] 社区在2019年9月进了「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
