名称来由[edit]

社区位于兴源路一带。1995年设立时，为便于管理和服务，以所在地缘为主，征求了居民、辖区人大代表和政协委员等的意见，并考虑群众的认同，定名兴源路社区。[1]

地理与人口[edit]

辖区约0.6平方千米，在兴源路以南、沿江中路以北，中山大道与东埔下沥河之间。[1] 常住2167户，流动人口617人，合计约8672人；下设7个居民小组，有党员79人。[1]
