龙尾坝社区是河源市源城区新江街道辖下的社区，居委会设在龙苑路，临新丰江。[1]
得名与历史沿革[edit]
社区一带靠近新丰江，江水常漫进居民点，后来修筑了堤坝，社区以坝为名。1995年设立社区时，据博雅地名网记载，是以地缘为主，并征求居民、人大代表和政协委员的意见后定的这个名称。[1]
辖区与人口[edit]
辖区东到河源大道，南到龙尾坝路，西到江宝路，北到水宝路，面积约0.6平方千米。社区分6个居民小组，有896户、常住4435人。[1]
