上角社区是河源市源城区新江街道辖下的社区，居委会设在上角中心街，辖区在新丰江畔的老城区一带。[1]

历史沿革与得名[edit]

当地在1958年设中心管理区。2002年，中心管理区所在的上角与长塘居委会合并，成为现在的上角居委会。社区位于新丰江在源城区河段的上游，因此叫上角。[1]

辖区与人口[edit]

辖区东起步行街，西到大桥路北，南到长塘路，北到西堤路，面积约0.63平方千米，分18个居民小组，有1202户、常住人口4359人，办公楼建筑面积333平方米。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，社区名列广东省2018年度民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位；2025年3月被认定为河源市2025年度绿色社区。[1]
