上城社区是河源市源城区上城街道下辖的社区，位于老城东片，因居老城地势最高处而名上城，辖区约0.9平方千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地1949年称上城管理区，1995年一分为二成南门、北门居委会，1997年3月合设上城居委会，最初在北直街76号办公，2009年才迁往环城东路22号。[1]

社区概况[edit]

社区常住12876人（1786户），流动人口约1500人，分9个居民小组。党组织2017年10月由党支部升为党委，辖3个支部，有党员130名。[1]2019年9月进入广东省2018年度民主法治示范村（社区）创建名单，2025年3月认定为河源市绿色社区。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

李焘故居又称石狮李屋，维基百科说它建于1582年，即明万历十年，与曾任云南巡抚的李焘相关；1986年3月先定为河源县文物保护单位，2006年又列入河源市文物保护单位。[2]社区内另有草行丘屋，为源城区县级文物保护单位，面积1051.05平方米。[1]
