笏底村位于上英镇东北部、螺河下游，下辖2个自然村、4个村民小组，属革命老苏区村。政府网站写作「笏底村」，博雅地名网写作「笏邸村」，两者区划代码相同。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网记1511年建村。[2]1966年以前的归属，先是潭西区钱广乡，后于1958年与豪路村合并为笏邸大队，1966年划入上英公社。[2]

1976年又与豪路分开，仍称笏邸大队；1988年为笏邸管理区；1999年才改设笏底村委会。[2]

地理与人口[edit]

总人口1991人，总户数331户，耕地1300亩。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，广东省爱卫会授予笏底村「2020年广东省卫生村」称号。[2]2019年9月，村上榜2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[2]
