联海村位于上英镇东南部、螺河下游，南面隔河与海丰县大湖镇相望。下辖6个自然村、6个村民小组，属革命老苏区村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网记载，联海村建基于1510年。[2]土改时它属乌坎区（十四区）的联海小乡；公社化期间组建为联海大队。[2]

1964年，县里推行螺河整治、三河归一的工程，此后村子划归上英公社；1999年改设村委会。[2]

人口与经济[edit]

村委会总户数约320户，总人口2037人，耕地702亩，海水养殖面积630亩，有海围堤1.6公里。农业和养殖是主要收入来源。[2]

村委会距镇政府约5.5公里，全村已修成水泥公路约2.9公里，新建村委会办公楼和小学楼各一栋。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2023年5月，联海村获广东省爱卫会颁授「2022年广东省卫生村」。[2]
