双坑村是汕尾市陆丰市陂洋镇的行政村，傍国道324线，辖一村至七村共7个村民小组，距镇政府约12公里[1][2]。

历史沿革[edit]

明末余姓先祖在此建村。新中国成立后属古潭乡；1952年设双坑乡，属第四区（陂沟区）；1959年改双坑大队，属陂洋公社；1983年复称乡，属陂洋区；1987年改村委会，属陂洋镇；1994年改管理区；1999年改回村委会，沿用至今[1]。

经济[edit]

全村面积3.5万亩，总人口10823人，是镇内人口最多的村；农业以水稻、荔枝为主，兼养瘦肉型猪、塘基养鱼，多数村民靠外出经商和国道沿线生意谋生[1]。双坑村在2024年3月获命名「2023年广东省卫生村」[1]。
