古寨村是汕尾市陆丰市陂洋镇东部的行政村，下辖一村至五村及大园、沟头、后完、青南溪共9个村民小组，距镇政府约10公里[1][2]。

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，尤、胡、曾、蒋四姓于1625年结为兄弟，在此安居。土改时这里叫古寨乡，1958年人民公社化，设古寨大队，其后改设管理区，1999年定称村委会[1]。

地理与经济[edit]

全村面积约3.5万亩，总人口9181人，处丘陵地带，农业以水稻、荔枝为主，村集体经济空白，村民收入主要靠外出经商或务工[1]。
