后径村在行政上归广东省汕尾市陆丰市南塘镇管辖，是镇内24个行政村委会之一[1]。2024年3月，村名列入「2023年广东省卫生村」之列[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1952年设后径乡，属第五区（南塘区）；1959年成为后径大队，归南塘公社；1983年复称乡，属南塘镇；1987年改设村民委员会；1994年称管理区，1999年恢复村委会之名，沿用至今。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

博雅地名网的村情介绍称后径村是革命老区，在南塘镇南部，离陆丰市区约40公里，设五个村民小组，约1271户、8139人。耕地共2762亩，水田1462亩，旱地1300亩，山林4528亩；劳动力3012人，外出经商打工的有1490人。村处丘陵，旱情年年严重，农业收成不稳，收入以种植为主[1]。该页没有写这些数字的年份。
