宁光社区是汕尾市陆丰市湖东镇的社区。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

解放之初，这里由农会领导。1958年湖东人民公社成立，农会改作镇农大队。[1][2]1962至1965年，镇农、后坑、竹湖三个单位并为湖坑大队，1966年镇农大队重新独立。[2]1986年，镇农大队改为镇农管区，次年更名宁光居委会，1994年、1999年、2002年又先后改称管理区、居委会、社区居委会。[2]
