博雅地名网载，全村2400人，没有企业，仍以种水稻、花生为主，旱地靠天吃水。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清朝初期，先祖从五华县迁来。土改时归莲花乡；1958年至1976年间分出，叫新溪大队；1981年开展地名普查，发现与螺溪公社的新溪大队同名，遂改回前山大队，后又称角溪坂村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，角溪坂村被评为2020年度广东省卫生村，同月又列入2020年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；2019年9月，它也列入2018年度的创建单位。[1]
