田头园村在汕尾市陆丰市碣石镇的碣南半岛，三面环海，离镇区约5公里，是靠近海捕鱼为生的渔村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1955年建田头园生产合作社，1957年并入汉英高级社，公社化后设田头园大队。“文化大革命”期间与海英合并，称海英大队；1978年分出，恢复田头园大队，隶碣石公社。此后1983年为渔管区，归碣石镇；1987年设村委会，1994年称管理区，1999年又为村委会，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，田头园村被广东省爱国卫生运动委员会评为2020年度广东省卫生村。[1]
