水朝社区是汕尾市陆丰市碣石镇老城区内的社区居委会，辖区约1.4平方公里，分4个居民小区。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据该网，宋代已有居民迁居此地。新中国成立后先设社；1959年立水朝居民区，1966年改编为第三、第四街道委员会，次年合并回来；1969年有革命委员会，1977年称五七大队，1979年又叫居民区。此后1987年称居委会，1994年为管理区并接收撤销的爱群村委会，1999年复称居委会，2002年起定名社区居民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，广东省爱国卫会评其为2020年度广东省卫生村。[1]
