对门村在河口镇南溪片，位于百花园山脉脚下，下设7个村民小组，是中央政治局原委员、全国人大常委会原副委员长谢非的家乡。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1967年以前，对门和新华合称华门乡，当年分设为两个大队。1984年3月起，大队体制取消，仍沿华门乡之名；其后依次叫作对门村委（1986年）、对门管理区（1990年）、对门村民委员会（1999年），最后一个名称沿用至今。[2]

概况[edit]

全村人口1800人，以种粮为主，也出产荔枝、龙眼。村里通往自然村的道路已全部硬化，村民用上了自来水。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

谢非故居在村中，是一座客家砖木结构老屋，坐西向东，面积二百多平方米，其中祖屋部分建于百年前。故居已列为陆河县文物保护单位，并被县里的几个部门设为爱国主义教育等基地。[4] 谢非1932年生于此地，后任广东省委书记、全国人大常委会副委员长，1999年在广州去世。[3][5]
