奎山社区是汕尾市城区凤山街道的社区，在汕尾大道中段东侧，跨文明路两侧，面积约3.5平方公里。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年至1957年属东冲区香州乡；1958年公社化时成立奎山大队，隶属香洲公社；1989年改称管理区并划归凤山街道，1999年起为居委会。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
辖两个居民小组，人口5567人。社区靠辖内的综合市场和经贸市场摊位获得集体收入，并对两个市场的鱼肉菜档做过改造。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，进入省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建名单（2018年度）。[1]
