凤苑社区是汕尾市城区凤山街道的社区，在四马路、五马路东南侧，1993年7月成立，面积约0.7平方公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1993年设凤苑居委会，2000年起仍称凤苑居委会。[1]

人口[edit]

社区分南、中、北三个居民片，共1663户、7381人。博雅地名网称三个片都被城区评为文明片。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月获“广东省卫生村”称号；2019年9月进入省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建名单（2018年度）。[1]
