凤翔社区是汕尾市城区凤山街道的社区，位于凤山祖庙北侧的庵堂二巷一带，辖区约0.3平方公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，宋代就有先民迁居于此。解放后，这里分为花井、大井、太平三个街道区，1954年并成一个居民委员会（序号为第五），仍归汕尾镇。其后几经改名：1967年称汕尾镇第57大队，1981年称革命委员会，1989年划入凤山街道，2002年定为现名凤翔居民委员会。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

共1407户、7218人。凤山祖庙旅游区在辖区内，旅游业带动了周边经济。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年10月入选广东省卫生村名录；2022年8月，成为省民主法治示范村（社区）的创建单位。[1]
