文亭社区是汕尾市城区凤山街道辖下的社区，位于四马路里仁直巷一带，面积约0.8平方公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

居委会的前身是汕尾镇的第二居民委员会，成立于新中国成立初期；凤山街道设立后沿用此名，直到2002年10月才改称文亭社区居委会。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

社区有居民2012户，共11419人。居民多在建筑、搬运行业务工，集体收入主要靠厂房出租，每月租金1500元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，获“广东省卫生村”称号，同月又进入省“民主法治示范村（社区）”的创建名单。[1]
