龙虎村是广东省梅州市梅县区梅西镇辖下的行政村。据博雅地名网所载村名说法，东面山势自平远南台蜿蜒而来，在坪上附近止住，称“南蛇坑”；西面山势延至岌背，圩镇的“打石寨”被视作雄踞的猛虎，两相对应，取名龙虎。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期这里属龙虎墟，1949年起称龙虎村，1999年设村委会。龙虎村也在2017年10月的第一批广东省卫生村之列。[1]
