三新村是惠州市惠城区江北街道下辖的行政村，地处江北新城区，位于惠州市行政中心以北，村域近5.8平方公里，分10个村民小组。[1]

据博雅地名网所载村情（未注明统计年份，经济数字为2005年），户籍人口为2357人，另有外来人口约1万；惠州大道和广梅汕铁路由南向北穿过村境。[1]

经济[edit]

村里建成工业厂房18万平方米。2005年村集体经济收入合计1280多万元，村经济联社占820万元，各村民小组的经济合作社占460万元。村里推行股份制改革，已实行两年分红。[1]

2005年村委换届后，修订了《三新村村民自治章程》《三新村股分联合社章程》《三新村村民议事规则》等制度。[1]
