惠桥社区是惠州市惠城区江北街道的社区，在东江北岸，因辖区围绕惠州大桥而得名。社区居委会1989年设立，辖区面积约2.2平方公里。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

城市开发时修建了惠州大桥，居委会的管辖范围在大桥周边，社区因此取名惠桥。1989年，江北街道办事处提出命名，惠城区人民政府批准设立。[1]

地理环境[edit]

社区一面临东江，其余三面靠三新南路、云山西路和惠州大道。据博雅地名网所载概况，惠州市政府、惠州大桥、慈云图书馆和鹅潭公园都在辖区内；户数2645户，人口6050人（未注明统计年份）。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年12月，惠桥社区被评为惠州市2024年度绿色社区。[1]
