上爱村是怀集县冷坑镇中部的一个行政村，距圩镇1公里。据博雅地名网转载的村情资料（未注明年份），全村人口2,474人，耕地1038亩，其中旱地153亩；产业上，种植水稻；深眉山上有50亩砂糖桔、橙和贡柑。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据村情资料，该地建制先后为：上爱乡（20世纪50年代）；后为上爱大队；改称上爱管理区（1989年）；上爱村村民委员会（1998年）。[1]
村民委员会成立于1998年11月，由怀集县人民政府以怀发〔1998〕20号文批准，因驻地在本村而用此名。[1]
