山口社区隶属广东省肇庆市高要区南岸街道，位于象山脚下、新兴江边，与肇庆碧桂园相邻，隔江对着祈福海岸。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

山口在1955年称山口社，1958年改为山口大队，归新桥公社。1985年划归南岸镇时仍称山口乡，之后依次改为村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年）、村委会（1998年），2013年成为社区居民委员会。[2]

概况[edit]

博雅地名网记，原村委会有3个村民小组、615户，人口2149。2009年集体经济收入360万元，来源是出租厂房和土地、发包鱼塘；山口村民小组仍有860亩稻田。[1] 2026年1月，山口社区被评为「百千万工程」典型村（广东省第二批）。[1]
