南岸江口社区是广东省肇庆市高要区南岸街道辖下的社区，临西江，沿肇江公路一线分布，居民主要是渔民。[1]
社区概况[edit]
社区下辖5个村民小组，居民之外，也有来自鼎湖、禄步、金渡等沿江地方的人在此居住，其中约七成住在江口社区本地。社区集体经济薄弱，近年依托渔村文化形成了一条饮食街。[1]
2021年12月，江口社区获广东省爱卫会授予“2021年广东省卫生村”称号；2026年1月被评为「百千万工程」典型村（广东省第二批）。[1]
