黄槐村是化州市下郭街道辖下的行政村，位于街道南部，下辖18个村民小组，总面积4.9平方公里，有986户、4527人（博雅地名网数据，年份未注）[1]。

村有耕地2981亩，种植花生、蔬菜和丰产林，特色收入有丰产林、石场和养殖；上一年（年份未注）农村经济总收入1606.2万元，发展措施包括扶持砖厂扩大生产[1]
历史沿革[edit]
土改以后，黄槐在灵村乡内。1958年公社化，立黄槐大队，隶城南公社，1964年转隶环城公社（1970年该公社改叫城郊公社）。1983年设黄槐乡，1987年2月改为村民委员会，1989年叫管理区办事处，1994年9月归下郭区，1999年起沿用村民委员会之名[1]

2019年10月，黄槐村名列「2019年广东省卫生村」。[1]
