莲垌村是电白区沙琅镇下辖的行政村。据博雅地名网，莲垌村分34个村民小组，1860户，8879人，总面积17平方公里，耕地3560亩（该网未注明统计年份）。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年设乡，1958年改为生产大队，1983年恢复乡的建制，1987年起设村民委员会，1989年一度叫管理区，1999年又恢复村民委员会之称，此后未再变动。[1]

主要经济作物是荔枝、沉香；特色收入来自辣椒、沉香；上一年（该网未注明年份）村经济总收入为2500万元。[1]
