棠芾村是茂名市电白区观珠镇所辖的行政村，在观珠镇的南部。村下设30个村民小组，据博雅地名网所录村情，在册1013户，人口5487人，总面积6.5平方千米，耕地4178亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年设棠芾乡，1958年改为生产大队，1983年复称乡，1987年改村委会，1989年称管理区，1999年再称村委会，沿用至今。[1]

博雅地名网所录的村情中，主要作物为水稻、花生和番薯，特色收入来自荔枝、龙眼和香蕉；该页记其上一年度农村经济总收入为2546万元（页面未标年份）。[1]
