南山埇村是广东省茂名市电白区七迳镇下辖的行政村。[1]博雅地名网辑录了它的建制沿革：南山埇生产大队成立于1962年，起初在南山埇自然村里办公，1971年出于工作需要和村民的意愿迁回今址。1983年改设南山埇乡，之后先后叫作村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年），1999年恢复村委会之名，沿用到现在。[1]

南山埇生产大队成立于1962年，起初在南山埇自然村里办公，1971年出于工作需要和村民的意愿迁回今址。1983年改设南山埇乡，之后先后叫作村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年），1999年恢复村委会之名，沿用到现在。[1]

2019年9月，本村被列入「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位名单」（2018年度）。[1]
