官屋一带在1953年立为官屋乡，人民公社时期的1958年改编为官屋生产大队；1983年重新设乡，1987年起依次改称村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年），1999年恢复村委会之名，沿用到现在。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，本村被列入「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位名单」（2018年度）。[1]
