1953年为潭莲乡，1958年改称生产大队，1983年复称乡，1987年起设村委会，1989年称管理区，1999年又称村委会。[1]

概况[edit]

2019年9月，入选「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」；2021年12月，获2021年广东省卫生村称号。[1]
