澳内海社区是电白区高地街道的社区，濒临南海，国家标准地名作童子湾，是一个渔村[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

据说此地过去是大海内的陆地，故名[1]。1954年建澳内海农业大队（另有中海渔业大队），1978年划分为四个乡，其一称澳内乡；1999年建村委会，2002年定名[1][2]。

人口与经济[edit]

博雅地名网把它写作澳内社区，辖4个村民小组，在册826户、4442人，总面积0.9平方千米，耕地12亩[1][1]。百度百科称，澳内海海岸线约5公里，湾在晏镜岭背风处，水面平静，天然成港；当地以渔业为主，有数百艘渔船，渔船清晨出海、上午回港交易，是茂名居民买海鲜的传统去处，休渔期过后海滩上自发形成海鲜集市，档口多时约200个[2]。博雅地名网记其特色收入为海产品加工和贸易[1]。2019年9月，上榜2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
