奋勇高新区，全称「湛江奋勇高新技术产业开发区」，是湛江市在雷州半岛中部设立的产业园区，统计上列为雷州市辖下的乡镇级单位。其前身是1952年8月创办的奋勇华侨农场，土地面积约46平方千米[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

据百度百科，奋勇高新区的前身是1952年8月创办的奋勇华侨农场。农场在2012年4月由湛江市委、市政府改制，成为奋勇经济区；次年4月改称现名，并另挂「广东奋勇东盟产业园」之牌[1]。

中国日报网的英文介绍则称，该区于2011年12月经广东省政府批准，作为省级高新区成立，2012年6月升格为中国—东盟经济开发区[2]。两处对设立时间的说法不同，此处并列记录。

广州与湛江两市共建的产业转移合作园（简称广湛园）于2023年12月挂牌，管委会在2024年1月成立，与高新区管委会合署运行[1]。

据百度百科，该区在雷州半岛中部，土地约46平方千米；207国道、粤海铁路以及沈海、东雷两条高速公路都经过辖区，距湛江港、机场约25至35千米[1]。

据百度百科，2020年人口普查（11月1日零时）常住人口为5141人；户籍人口约5700人，归侨和侨眷占其中约3400人[1]。

经济[edit]

据百度百科，重点产业为新材料、电子信息和新能源储能；标准厂房已建成12.6万平方米，入驻企业包括西卡德高、东岛新能源[1]。中国日报网的介绍称，园区规划由新加坡企业提供，聚焦生物医药、高端装备制造和电子三大方向，并计划分设综合制造、生物医药、高端装备制造、电子、物流、研发六类园区，一期规划面积约1333公顷[2]。
