名称由来[edit]
据博雅地名网，企水渔港一带按户籍划分村级单位：农业户籍的设农业村委会，渔民户籍的设渔业村委会，非农户籍的设社区居委会。企水社区所辖为非农户籍居民，因而得名[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
这里1954年组建居民高级社，1958年成为居民大队，1983年名为新华居民委员会，其后几经更名：1987年称村委会，1989年称居民管理区，1999年定为企水社区居民委员会[1]。
