和寮村是广东省湛江市廉江市和寮镇政府所在地的村委会，城乡分类属镇乡结合区[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村名取自旧称和寮塘：相传清代嘉庆年间成圩时，摊铺用禾草搭寮，圩边有一口鱼塘；新中国成立后改称和寮[1]。
人口与产业[edit]
耕地1453亩，人口3497人（村委会辖区），下辖苏茅坪、马牯岭、鲤鱼岭等13条自然村；居民姓氏有彭、赖、刘、黄、全等，村里有猪场7间，红蘑菇、荔枝、龙眼、木菠萝是所载的特产，地下有硫铁矿、铅锌矿和瓷土[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单；2021年1月，入围「湛江市2020年度全市文明村」评选[1]。
