和寮社区是广东省湛江市廉江市和寮镇镇中心区的居民委员会，镇政府和寮圩就在辖区内[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
社区因原来的和寮圩得名；相传此处清代成圩，起初全用禾草搭寮，圩边有鱼塘[1]。居委会设于1999年[1]。
人口[edit]
居委会在镇的西北部，东、南、西、北分别与塘拱、长吉埇、横江坡、长岭四个村委会相邻，占地1.8平方千米，登记896户、2096人，多数居民经商，2016年人均收入每年4050元[1]。社区内有卫生站、完全小学、图书馆和幼儿园各1所，完全中学2所[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，和寮社区列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单[1]。
