崇山村是广东省湛江市廉江市良垌镇辖下的行政村。村后山岭连绵起伏，村民以崇山为名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

崇山在1949年属篁竹乡，公社化后成为大队；1962年与禾仓大队合并，仍叫崇山大队。1983年改称乡，1987年称管理区，1999年定名村委会。该村原属新华镇，2004年5月后属良垌镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，其被列入2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
