琴山村是广东省湛江市廉江市良垌镇辖下的行政村。境内有琴珠垌，又有王母山、埃山、牛音山三座山，合称一琴三山，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1983年自平坦大队分出，1987年称管理区，1999年成立琴山村委会。2004年5月平坦镇撤销，琴山村改属良垌镇。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，其被列入2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
