上角垌村是广东省湛江市廉江市良垌镇辖下的行政村。角垌上方曾有楼阁，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年成立大队，起初办公地点在上角垌村，称上阁垌大队；后因交通不便迁往现址。1983年称上角垌乡，1987年称管理区，1999年2月改称村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，其被列入2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
