下埚的建制始于1958年的下埚大队，此后历经乡（1984年）、村委会（1988年）、管理区（1991年）的更替，至1998年定为村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2023年5月，辖下的冯宅村获广东省爱卫会评为2022年广东省卫生村。[1]
