地名由来[edit]

博雅地名网说，村址位于北面，又取「莉」字，寓意到哪里都顺利，由此得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

北莉大队设于1958年，1984年改为北莉乡，1986年成立北莉村委会，1991年称管理区，1998年起为北莉村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2023年5月，被广东省爱卫会评为2022年度广东省卫生村的有村内的港仔村、下寮村、北村村、竹园村、坑尾村、北坑村，以及东塘南村（2023年5月）。[1]
  • 2021年1月公布的湛江市2020年度文明村中有该村。[1]
  • 2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单（2019年9月）中也有该村。[1]
