文部村是广东省湛江市徐闻县海安镇的行政村，位于镇东北部，辖文部、文湖、东富、挖尾、后塘、塘西、新桥、新村8条自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

文部大队成立于1958年，1984年起称文部乡，之后名称几经更易，1999年定为文部村民委员会。[1]

人口与荣誉[edit]

村民人口3760人，耕地8700亩。2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单；2023年5月，塘西村、新桥村获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号；2026年3月，被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
