海安镇在广东省湛江市，隶徐闻县，位于县境南部，南临琼州海峡，隔海与海南岛相望。镇域面积约37.5平方千米，辖水井、白沙2个社区和坑仔、加洋、文部、麻城、广安5个行政村。[1][2]镇名取“海疆安宁”之意，旧称博涨村；镇内的海安港是粤琼之间的客滚运输港口。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

据地名资料，镇名之前的叫法是博涨村。唐代朝廷在杏磊置驿站，南下的官员在此停留，公文由此传送；博涨与杏磊两港，历来是军事、交通和通商的重要港口。1370年（明洪武三年）朝廷在此设守海巡检司，土匪之乱平定后沿海安宁，地名改作海安。[1][2]

1394年建海安千户所；1462年，县治一度设于此；1501年千户所重新设置。清初的1662年冬设海安营，归高州、雷州、廉州三府水师统辖。据《粤海关志》，海安在清代是广东七个总口之一，称雷廉总口。[2][3]

海安在1936年有了镇的名称；1941年撤区，与南康乡合并，称南安乡。中华人民共和国成立后，1950年划入徐闻县第一区，后改为海安乡，又先后并入附城公社、划出设水上（海安）公社。1980年起为海安渔业公社，1983年设区，1987年5月复称海安镇。1992年底广东省批准设立海安经济开发试验区，海安镇由其管辖；1995年二者分离，镇由徐闻县直辖。[3]

地理环境[edit]

镇境为低丘台地，南面濒海，海岸线长24公里；东邻龙塘镇，北依徐城镇，西连南山镇。气候属热带季风型，一年日照约2106小时，平均气温23.3℃，平均降雨量1485毫米。[2]

经济[edit]

海安港位于镇内，始建于1954年，主营海安往海口的客滚运输，共13个泊位，其中客运2个、货运2个、车渡9个。据百度百科，明代为防倭寇在此建守御千户所城，雍正年间清廷又设海安海关；2020年9月，海安港暂停客滚运输业务，同月26日徐闻港开港。[4][5]

特产方面，博雅地名网列有良姜、菠萝、马友鱼等。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

红坎墓群在红坎村以北，沿高坡零星相连，长约1公里，属东汉晚期。1972年冬至次年春发掘清理12座，均为长方形单室平底券顶墓，用薄红砖砌成，多已遭破坏。[1]

荣誉[edit]

环境保护部于2012年12月授予海安镇「2010—2011年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。[1]
