黄外社区是广东省湛江市麻章区麻章镇的社区，位于城乡结合地带，因设在黄外村而得名。[1]广东省文化和旅游厅2019年9月认定的「首批广东省文化和旅游特色村」中有该社区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

黄外的前身是黄外大队（1957年），1964年一度划给鸭曹大队，1977年又恢复独立。1980年，它同麻章大队合为麻章乡，其后列在麻章管理区之下；1997年分出，另设居委会，2009年3月18日起称社区居委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

广东省文化和旅游厅在2019年9月认定的「首批广东省文化和旅游特色村」里有黄外社区；2020年12月，列入「2020年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位名单」。[1]
