合成村位于鹤山市最西面，属双合镇，是原合成农场场部所在地。2004年，榕树、凤凰、川塘、双石、联群五个村民委员会并为一村，村委会设在双石。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

建国后这里先是第四区的合成乡，1982年为合成大队；1985年划归合成农场，分作五个乡，1986年起改称管理区、1998年起称村委会，直到2004年合为一个合成村民委员会。[1]村委会以原合成农场所在而得名。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

博雅地名网记村内人口4423人，约九成是农业人口（3955人），未注明年份。村域面积43.9平方公里。耕地7014亩，其中粉葛种了2240亩，与水稻（2200亩）相当，其余是花生、木薯和瓜菜；山林近1.5万亩。该网引2007年的数字：工农副业总产值5209万元，农村人均收入4388元。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

云罗窝在村辖区内，是一座客家古村，村中多传统客家民居，四周有竹林和樟树；又名“银罗窝”，据说因地形像箩筐，村民盼望致富而改名。相传六祖曾云游至此隐居。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，合成村获「广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
